Elissa Flynn

Elissa Flynn is the dedicated Program Coordinator for Noelle’s Light. She is focused on providing family relief grants. A proud mother of four, she understands the challenges families face and is passionate about ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to support those in need.
Elissa graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Political Science, which laid the foundation for her career in social services. Before her current role, Elissa spent 15 years working with at-risk youth as an adoption’s counselor, where she made a significant impact on the lives of many children and families.
Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys playing Scrabble, showcasing her strategic thinking and love for words. Elissa also finds joy in relaxing at the beach, soaking up the sun and reading with her toes in the sand. Additionally, she is an avid country music fan. Through her work, her role as a mother, and her hobbies, Elissa embodies a spirit of community and connection.
